摘要
抗苗勒氏管激素(AMH)在性腺器官发育过程中起着重要的作用,同时也是性腺功能的重要标记物之一.但AMH用于男性性腺功能以及发育评估等方面的相关应用鲜有报道,因此,就AMH在男性体内的变化过程以及在性腺评估、发育异常等方面的应用进展作一综述.
Anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH)plays an important role in the development of gonadal organs,and it is also one of the significant markers of gonad function.However,there are few reports about AMH has been used in male gonadal function and developmental assessment and other related applications.Therefore,a review was made on the changes of AMH in men and the progress in the application of gonadal evaluation and developmental abnormalities.
