不同浓度氯化钾对洛川县苹果树腐烂病菌的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为明确不同浓度氯化钾对洛川苹果树腐烂病菌(Valsa mali)的影响,作者将腐烂病菌分离株接种在不同浓度氯化钾处理的培养基中,测定菌落的平均直径和产孢量,再将不同浓度氯化钾处理培养的苹果树腐烂病菌分离株接种在苹果树枝条上,测定其致病性,明确不同浓度氯化钾处理对苹果树腐烂病菌的影响。结果表明,随着氯化钾浓度的升高,洛川苹果树腐烂病菌分离株的平均菌落直径和产孢量呈下降趋势,且差异显著;接种不同浓度氯化钾处理的腐烂病菌对苹果树枝条发病程度随氯化钾浓度的升高而减轻,但病斑扩展速度和产孢体出现时间无明显的变化。说明氯化钾能抑制洛川苹果树腐烂病菌的生长、产孢和致病性。 In order to determine the effect of different potassium chloride content content on Valsa mali of apple tree in Luochuan,the average diameter and sporulation of the colonies were measured,and then the apple tree canker strains were inoculated on the apple tree branches to determine the pathogenicity,and the effect of different concentrations of potassium chloride content on the apple tree canker was determined.The results showed that with the increase of potassium chloride content,the average colony diameter and spore production of apple tree canker in Luochuan showed a downward trend,and the difference was significant.The incidence of apple tree branches decreased with the increase of potassium chloride content when inoculated with different potassium chloride content treatments,but there was no significant change in the rate of disease spot expansion and the time of sporulation.The results showed that potassium chloride content could inhibit the growth,sporulation and pathogenicity of apple canker in Luochuan.
