硒肥对‘红提’葡萄硒、可溶性固形物含量和贮藏效果的影响

Effect of Selenium Fertilizer on Selenium,Soluble Solid Content and Storage Effect of‘Red Grape’

该试验通过叶面喷施硒肥,探讨硒肥对‘红提’葡萄硒、可溶性固形物含量及贮藏效果的影响。结果表明,硒肥处理使‘红提’硒含量达到0.019 mg/kg,是对照的2.1倍,达到富硒果的含量标准;使可溶性固形物含量提高2.63%,减少贮藏中的损失。

Through spraying selenium fertilizer on the leaves,the effect of selenium fertilizer on the selenium content,soluble solids and storage effect of‘Red Grape’was studied.The results showed that the selenium content of‘Red Grape’reached 0.019mg/kg,2.1 times of that of the contrast,and reached the content standard of selenium rich fruit,and the content of soluble solids increased by 2.63%,reducing the loss in storage.
