科研反哺教学在药学综合实验中的实施 被引量:7

摘要 为了改变传统药学实验教学缺乏系统性和创新性的缺点,对药学综合实验课程的开设进行了初步探索,以最新的科研成果为依托,以原料药为主线,将药学各专业学科联系起来,系统性地模拟了药物开发的整个流程。通过近三年的探索与实施,取得了显著的教学效果,不仅提高了学生对药学多学科知识的整体认识,同时激发了学生的创新性和科研积极性。 In order to make up for the lack of systematicness and innovation in traditional pharmacy experimental teaching,the preliminary exploration on the establishment of pharmacy comprehensive experiment course was carried out.Based on the latest scientific research results and the“API”as the main line,the whole process of drug development was systematically simulated by connecting all the specialties of pharmacy.Through the exploration and implementation in the past three years,remarkable teaching effect has been achieved,which not only improved the students'overall understanding of the multidisciplinary knowledge of pharmacy,but also stimulated students'innovation and research enthusiasm.
