摘要
营配贯通打破了配电和用电双方业务边界和信息孤岛现象,基于配电网络量测数据的分析和应用给窃电侦测提供了技术条件。基于营配一体化数据,找出窃电发生前后的网络属性特征,从配电网络分析的角度给出了支路损耗和节点电压变化2种窃电判据,建立了整条支路窃电模型,并在MATLAB平台上搭建33节点模型进行仿真实验,实验结果验证了所提窃电识别的有效性。在实现窃电识别的基础上,研究了窃电损失的评估方法,分别基于窃电负荷二分迭代和营配数据融合方法实现了窃电损失电量的评估。
The interconnection between power distribution and marketing departments renews the business boundary and information island phenomenon.The analysis and application of distribution integrated data provide technical conditions for the detection of electricity theft.Based on the integrated data,the characteristics behind the power stealing are identified,and two kinds of power stealing criterions are scheduled,such as branch loss method and node voltage change from the perspective of distribution network method.A common branch power stealing model in practical application is established.The simulation verification is carried out via a 33 node model built on the MATLAB platform.The experimental results verify the feasibility of power stealing identification proposed in this paper.Based on the identification of power stealing,the evaluation method of power stealing loss is studied.The evaluation method of power stealing loss is realized based on the binary iteration of power stealing load and data fusion of marketing and distribution.
