SGT-800和6F.01联合循环机组热力性能分析

摘要 针对小容量F级燃气蒸汽联合循环机组朗肯循环效率较低问题,以SGT-800和6F.01联合循环机组为研究对象,对热力性能进行比较和分析。计算表明,SGT-800机组存在最佳主蒸汽压力点。在计算边界条件下其值约为14.5 MPa,此时朗肯循环效率可提升至32.801%。6F.01机组燃气轮机排烟热能品位较高,朗肯循环效率提升潜力更大。将主蒸汽参数由8.086 MPa/565℃提高16.2 MPa/585℃,朗肯循环效率可提升至33.745%。研究成果可为类似容量机组主蒸汽参数优化提供参考。 Aiming at the problem of low Rankine cycle efficiency of small capacity F-class gas-steam combined cycle unit,the thermal performance is compared and analyzed taking the SGT-800 and 6F.01 combined cycle units as an example.The calculation shows that the SGT-800 unit has the optimal main steam pressure point.Under computation conditions,the optimal pressure is about 14.5 MPa.At this time,the Rankine cycle efficiency can be enhanced to 32.801%.The 6F.01 unit exhaust gas has higher thermal energy quality indicating the potential for improving its Rankine cycle efficiency.By increasing the main steam parameters from 8.088 MPa/565℃to 16.2 MPa/585℃,the Rankine cycle efficiency can be enhanced to 33.745%.
