摘要
针对33 MVA全密闭高碳锰铁电炉控温炉衬在达产达效生产过程中出现的问题,通过对砌筑工艺、筑炉材料、冶炼渣型和负荷控制等几方面原因分析和技术经济指标比较,提出了大型高碳锰铁密闭矿热炉在110 kV直供电时最适宜的筑炉工艺。
This paper introduces the problems existing in the smelting of high carbon ferromanganese in the temperature control lining of 33 MVA closed furnace.Based on the analysis of masonry technology,furnace construction materials,smelting slag type and load control,and the comparison of technical and economic indexes,the optimum furnace construction technology for large high carbon ferromanganese closed submerged arc furnace under 110 kV direct power supply is put forward.
