摘要
针对以粉矿为主的烧结原料提出了一种返矿作为嵌入料的烧结技术,即将粗粒级返矿单独处理而不直接参与制粒,使得剩余混合料中成核粒子含量与黏附粉含量的比例更有利于制粒要求,提升物料的制粒效果;同时粗粒级返矿嵌入于物料中起到料层支撑作用,从而改善料层的透气性,强化烧结效果。生产应用表明,烧结速度和利用系数可分别增加5.5%和2.8%。
This paper introduces a sintering technology of returns as embedded material for the sintering raw material mainly composed of fines,that is,the coarse-grained returns is treated separately without directly participating in granulation,then the content of nucleated particles and adhesive powder of the rest of mixture is more favorable for meeting the requirements of granulation and improves the granulation effect of the materials.Moreover,the coarse-grained returns embedded in the material plays a supporting role in the sinter bed,so as to improve the permeability of the sinter bed and enhance the sintering effect.The production practice shows that the sintering speed and utilization factor can be increased by 5.5%and 2.8%respectively.
