摘要
介绍了一种新型碳质石墨电极的接长装置,着重介绍了该装置的结构及其工作原理,同时阐述了主要零部件的设计。通过近几年的不断实践,推出了适合炼钢电炉、精炼电炉、工业硅电炉、刚玉电炉以及黄磷炉等各种采用碳质石墨电极生产的电极接长装置。
This article presents a new type lengthening device for carbon graphite electrode,focuses on the device structure and working principle.At the same time,the design of the main parts is described.Through continuous practice in recent years,the lengthening device has been pushed out,which is suitable for various furnaces using carbon graphite electrode,such as steelmaking electric furnace,refining electric furnace,industrial grade silicon electric furnace,corundum electric furnace and yellow phosphorus furnace.
