Research and Development and Application of Security Management System for LKJ Construction Data

针对上海局集团公司LKJ施工数据管理的现状,本文在分析LKJ施工数据管理中存在的突出问题和难点的基础上,开发了覆盖全局的“LKJ施工数据安全管理系统”。该系统可为全局施工、监理、设计、设备管理、行车组织和建设管理单位提供LKJ基础数据的提报、复核确认、审核发布、过程卡控、自动更新、资源共享的管理平台,实现对涉及LKJ施工数据变化的施工的数据提报、事中卡控和事后追踪分析的闭环管理,提高施工管理水平。

In view of the present situation of LKJ construction data management in China Railway Shanghai Group Co.,Ltd.on the basis of the analysis on the outstanding problems and difficulties existing in LKJ construction data management,the security management system for LKJ construction data is developed which covers the whole Group.The system can provide the management platform of submission,recheck and confirmation,review and release,process control,auto update,resource sharing of LKJ basic data for such units as construction,supervision,design,equipment management,running organization and construction management in the whole Group,realize the closed-loop management of construction data submission,process control,tracing analysis after construction concerning LKJ construction data changes,and improve the construction management level.
