摘要
以气相纳米二氧化硅(n-SiO2)为填充物,制备了均质膜、填充膜、复合膜、填充型复合膜四种分离膜。通过溶胀实验考察填充膜的吸附性能,渗透汽化实验考察填充型复合膜对吡咯/正庚烷二元混合体系的分离性能,采用FT-IR和XRD、SEM对膜进行表征。四种分离膜中,填充型复合膜的分离性能最佳。当填充量为1 wt%时,膜的综合分离性能最佳,料液温度为30℃,料液浓度为5000μg/g时,总渗透通量为3.47 kg/(m 2·h),分离因子最大为14.56,渗透汽化综合性能得到很大的提高。这项工作可以为渗透汽化分离汽油中氮化物提供有益的参考。
In this work,with n-SiO2 as filler,poly(ether-block-amide)(PEBAX 2533)as separation layer and polyacrylonitrile(PAN)ultrafiltration membrane as support layer,four kinds of separation membranes,which namely homogeneous membrane,filled membrane,composite membrane and filled-composite membrane were prepared.The membranes'sorption properties were studied in swelling experiments and the suitability of the membranes for the separation of mixtures was explored via pervaporation experiments.The membranes were characterized by FT-IR,XRD and SEM.The experimental results show that the performance of filled-composite membrane is the best among the four kinds of membranes.When the filler content is 1 wt%,the comprehensive separation performance of the membrane is the best.When the feed-liquid temperature is 30℃and the feed-liquid concentration is 5000μg/g,the maximum permeation flux and separation factor are 3.47 kg/(m 2·h)and 14.56,respectively.The comprehensive performance of pervaporation is greatly improved.This work may provide useful insights into the viability of the removal of nitride compounds from gasoline via pervaporation.
