阴离子型高分子乳化剂对醋丙乳液性能的影响

摘要 为了进一步研究聚(醋酸乙烯酯—丙烯酸酯)乳液作为胶黏剂的粘结性能和抗水性能,采用两步法溶液聚合制备丙烯酸及甲基丙烯酸共聚物P(AA-MAA),考察引发剂总用量对P(AA-MAA)粘度与粘均分子量的影响,以及粘度与粘均分子量的关系。同时将P(AA-MAA)作为阴离子型高分子乳化剂制备醋丙乳液,考察不同粘均分子量及用量的P(AA-MAA)对醋丙乳液粒径及粘结强度的影响并与传统醋丙乳液进行性能对比。结果表明:阴离子型高分子乳化剂P(AA-MAA)其粘度与粘均分子量成正比,二者的关系为Mη=8.378·e-4·η+7.846,R=0.978;其在醋丙乳液内的最佳条件是:粘均分子量1.49×105,总用量为5.8份。此时醋丙乳液的初粘性及180°剥离强度达到平衡点,相比传统使用聚乙烯醇制备的醋丙乳液,其粘结强度与抗水性均有很大幅度的提高。 In order to further study the adhesive property and water resistance of poly(vinyl acetate acrylate)emulsion as adhesive,the copolymer of acrylic acid and methacrylic acid(P(AA-MAA))was made by two-step solution polymerization.The effect of amount of initiator on P(AA-MAA)'s viscosity and viscosity average molecular weight as well as the relationship between viscosity and viscosity average molecular weight were analyzed.Vinegar acrylic emulsion was made with P(AA-MAA).The effect of the viscosity average molecular weight and amount of P(AA-MAA)on emulsion's particle size and bonding strength were studied.The properties of two kinds of emulsion were compared.The results showed that the viscosity of P(AA-MAA)was proportional to the viscosity average molecular weight and the relation was Mη=8.378·e-4·η+7.846,R=0.978;the best condition for the P(AA-MAA)in the emulsion was a viscosity average molecular weight of 1.49×105 and a total amount of 5.8 sharps,under which the initial adhesive and 180°peel strength reached a balance;compared with traditional vinegar acrylic emulsion,the product greatly improved its bonding strength and water resistance.
