摘要
开放大学成立以来,进行了很多有益的探索,为我国终身学习体系的构建积累了宝贵的经验,但也面临着严峻的挑战和新的机遇。为了满足不同学习者的学习需求,通过对江苏开放大学教务管理系统案例的分析,对运用六西格玛理论改进教学管理工作进行了可行性研究。运用六西格玛理论探索改进开放大学远程教学管理的对策,提出了建设性的改革方案。
Since the establishment of the Open University,it has carried out many useful explorations and accumulated valuable experience for the construction of China's lifelong learning system,but it also faces severe challenges and new opportunities.In order to meet the learning needs of different learners,through the analysis of the case of the Jiangsu Open University Educational Administration System,the feasibility study of using Six Sigma theory to improve teaching management was carried out.Using Six Sigma theory to explore ways to improve the open teaching management of open universities,and put forward a constructive reform plan.
