摘要 根据技能大赛“工业产品数字化设计与制造”赛项内容和流程,以大赛项目为实训内容,以该比赛过程为教学流程,对机械设计与制造专业“专业综合实训”课程进行改革。主要针对逆向检测与扫描、逆向重建、正向创新设计、零件辅助编程和操作数控机床加工等工作流程进行实训教学,将设计与制造一体整合,实施综合性的项目化教学,对提升学生综合能力取得了显著效果。 According to the competition content and process of"digital design and manufacturing of industrial products"in the skill competition,the course of"professional comprehensive training"for mechanical design and manufacturing specialty is reformed,taking the competition project as the training content and the competition process as the teaching process.It carries on the practice teaching with combining the design and the manufacture,and implements the comprehensive project teaching,mainly aiming at the work flow of reverse detection and scanning,reverse reconstruction,positive innovation design,part aided programming and operation of CNC machine tool processing,etc.It has obtained the remarkable effect to the student comprehensive ability training promotion.
