隧洞施工中更换盾构机的盾尾刷的技术方法 被引量:2

摘要 山西省小浪底引黄工程施工Ⅶ标剩余未开挖洞段地层为富水砂卵石地层,施工难度大、风险高,为了确保施工安全,拟在K48+465处更换盾尾刷,保证盾尾密封性。文中具体地叙述了更换盾尾刷的施工流程和方法。经实践表明,该技术不仅减轻了施工对环境的影响,而且确保了盾尾密封效果,降低了安全事故发生的风险。 The lithologic character of strata of the remaining unexcavated tunnel section in theⅦbid section of the Xiaolangdi Yellow River Diversion Project in Shanxi Province is a water-rich sand pebble formation.It is difficult to construct and has high risk.In order to ensure construction safety,it is proposed to replace the shield tail brush at K48+465 to ensure the seal of the shield tail.The paper expounds the specific construction process to replace the shield tail brush.The practice shows that the technology not only reduces the impact of the construction on the environment,but also ensures the shield tail seal effect and reduces the risk of safety accidents.
