十堰市地质灾害专业监测成功预警预报分析及思考 被引量:3

摘要 十堰市近年来在群测群防全覆盖的基础上大力推进地质灾害专业监测预警预报系统建设,目前已建设一级专业监测系统1处,二级专业监测系统14处,三级专业监测80余处,实现了对地质灾害变形数据的实时监测、传输、分析、展示、预警。2019年8月,十堰市张湾区幸福小区滑坡自动化专业监测设备成功预警预报,监测过程显示滑坡经历了初始变形、匀速变形、加速变形及急剧变形过程,滑坡进入初始变形时该设备即启动了预警预报,为群众紧急避让滑坡灾害创造了有利条件。该成功避险案例为十堰地区今后地质灾害专业监测预警预报建设提供了参考,其经验具有借鉴和推广价值。 Shiyan has vigorously promoted the construction of professional monitoring and early-warning and forecasting system for geological hazards in recent years on the basis of full coverage of mass monitoring and mass prevention.At present,it has built a first level.Professional monitoring system consists of 14 secondary professional monitoring systems and more than 80 tertiary professional monitoring systems.The functions of real-time monitoring,transmission,analysis,display and early-warning of all-weather deformation data of geological hazards are realized.The monitoring process shows that the landslide has undergone initial deformation,uniform deformation,accelerated deformation and rapid deformation.The early-warning and prediction is initiated as soon as the landslide enters the initial deformation,which creates favorable conditions for emergency avoidance.The successful case provides a reference and basis for the future construction of monitoring,early-warning and prediction of geological hazards in Shiyan area,and its experience has reference and popularization value.
