摘要
通过化学多元素分析、偏光显微镜鉴定及X衍射分析等手段,对湖北某金铜选厂尾矿的矿物学特征进行详细研究。结果表明,尾矿的化学成分以SiO 2和CaO为主,含少量Fe。尾矿主要由方解石和石英组成,含少量黄铜矿、黄铁矿及磁铁矿等金属矿物,与化学成分一致。对尾矿进行粒级筛分,尾矿粒度较细,主要集中在<0.045 mm区间内,约占49.2%,且主要有用元素Fe、Cu、S、Au、Ag也主要集中在<0.045 mm区间内,分布率分别为56%、33.1%、66.9%、28.4%及50.1%。此外,还对尾矿中的主要金属矿物进行了单体解离度统计分析,黄铜矿、黄铁矿单体解离度变化不大;不同粒级脉石矿物的单体解离度变化不大,均在95%以上。
By means of chemical multi-element anlysis,optical microscope,and etc.,the mineralogical characteristics of tailings from a gold copper concentrator in Hubei Province were studied in detail.The research revealed these followings:the tailings contain mainly SiO 2 and CaO,with a small amount of Fe.Tailings are mainly constituted with calcite and quartz,containing metal minerals of chalcopyrite,pyrite and magnetite,etc,these are similar to chemical composition.Screening by grain size,the size of tailings are finer and the main particles are granular onesand the size fraction is mainly in less than 0.045 mm,accounted for about 49.2%.Main useful elements of Fe、Cu、S、Au and Ag are mainly distributed in the less than 0.045 mm range,and the distribution rates are 56%,33.1%,66.9%,28.4%and 50.1%.In addition,statistics liberation degree of the main metal minerals of tailings,the liberation degree of chalcopyrite and pyrite shows little change in different granular,and these of gangue mineral also shows little change,the liberation degree is above 95%.
