关于固体矿产资源储量分类GB/T 17766-2020与GB/T 17766-1999对接问题的探讨

Discussion about the Standard Interfacing Strategy Between the Resources and Reserve Classification of Solid Mineral Resources GB/T 17766-1999 and GB/T 17766-2020

固体矿产资源储量分类国家标准是中国矿产资源管理的基础性、纲领性技术标准,原分类标准(GB/T 17766—1999)在21年的运用过程中暴露了一些缺陷和问题,新的分类标准(GB/T 17766—2020)于2020年5月1日正式实施。笔者对新老分类标准就勘查阶段、资源储量类型划分依据的差别进行分析对比,提出新老分类标准资源储量类型对接的建议方案,并对若干特殊情形提出处理建议,可为资源储量管理部门制定新老标准储量类型对接方案提供借鉴和参考。

The national classification standard of solid mineral resources reserves has the basic and programmatic status in mineral resources management,while the classification standard of solid mineral resources reserves GB/T 17766-1999 has exposed some defects and problems in the application process of 21 years.This paper analyzes the main differences between the newly issued Year 2020 standard and the original Year 1999 standard,puts forward the proposal of interfacing solution between the new and old classification standard,and puts forward some suggestions to deal with some special cases,which can be used for reference by the resource and reserve management department to issue the interfacing solution.
