摘要
为了研究以废弃混凝土再生骨料(Recycled Concrete Aggregate,RCA)替代部分原材料的沥青稳定碎石混合料的最佳油石比,以30%RCA掺量为例,按照相关要求确定30%RCA掺量ATB-25沥青混合料的初步设计级配,通过分析马歇尔试验各项指标数据对初步设计级配进行调整,确定最佳级配;应用最佳级配制作五组不同油石比的马歇尔试件,结合试验结果建立油石比与关键指标的关系曲线,确定最佳油石比.结果显示:30%RCA掺量ATB-25型沥青混合料最佳油石比为4.214%.
In order to study the optimum oil-stone ratio of bituminous stabilization aggregate paving mixtures which uses partial Recycled Concrete Aggregate(RCA)as the substitution,this article took 30%mixing amount of RCA as the example,and designed the preliminary gradation of ATB-25 asphalt which account for 30%proportion of RCA.The next step was to conduct the Marshall Test and collect various index and data.Based on the results of the test,the preliminary gradation design needed to repeatedly adjust to determine the optimum gradation finally.According to the optimum gradation,five groups of samples with different oil-stone ratio were designed for Marshall Test,and further produced the relation curves between the oil-stone ratio and the main indicators based on the test results which aim to determine the optimum oil-stone ratio.The result shows that the optimum oil-stone ratio of ATB-25 asphalt mixture is 4.214%.
