PDC切削齿刀刃半径对温度分布影响的数值分析 被引量:4

摘要 切削过程中产生的切削温度是影响切削齿切削效率和使用寿命的重要因素。鉴于此,通过建立圆弧切削齿与岩石相互作用温度分布模型,主要从切削齿上温度分布特点、峰值温度的变化等方面探讨了切削过程中圆弧齿刀刃半径对切削温度的影响。分析结果表明:较小的PDC刀刃半径可以减小齿上温度的积聚现象,降低齿上温度,而较大的圆弧半径反而会提升齿上的切削温度;圆弧齿切削过程中存在临界圆弧半径,在临界范围内,圆弧齿峰值温度点位置与锋利齿类似,集中在切削齿前刀面距刀刃一定距离处;圆弧半径较大时,则下移至圆弧底部;力的变化趋势以及作用与温度分布规律相对应,优化的圆弧半径切削齿传热效果更优,可以减少切削齿上热磨损现象,从而延长切削齿的使用寿命。研究结果对于切削齿破岩机理的研究和延长切削齿使用寿命具有重要意义。 The temperature generated during the rock cutting process is the important factors that affect the cutting efficiency and service life of the cutter.The temperature distribution model of the interaction between the arc cutter and the rock is established.The influence of the cutting radius of the arc cutter during the cutting process on the cutting temperature is mainly discussed from the aspects of the temperature distribution on the cutter and the change of the peak temperature.The analysis results show that:a small PDC cutter edge radius can reduce the temperature accumulation on the cutter and thus lower the temperature on the cutter.While a larger arc radius will increase the cutting temperature on the cutter.There is critical arc radius for arc cutter cutting process.Within the critical range,the peak temperature point of the arc cutter is similar to the sharp cutter,which concentrates at the front cutter face with a certain distance from the cutting edge.When the arc radius is large,peak temperature point moves down to the bottom of the arc.The change trend and action of cutting force correspond to the law of temperature distribution.It is concluded that the optimized arc radius cutter has better heat transfer effect,which can reduce the thermal wear on the cutter,thereby extending the life of the cutter.The study is of great significance for the researches on the rock breaking mechanism of cutter and prolonging the service life of cutter.
