防漏失板阀的研制及试验测试 被引量:2

摘要 塔河主体区块弱能量井完井期间漏失严重,造成钻井液大量浪费且污染储层。为此,提出了一种能重复打开和关闭的防漏失板阀及其配套开关工具,并描述了其结构及工作原理。通过有限元方法建立了板阀3个关键部分的有限元模型,用以验证板阀结构的可行性。计算结果表明:板阀设计合理,板阀开启时所需轴向载荷从小到大依次为开关工具啮合过程、开关工具脱手过程和锁定爪脱开过程,有效避免了开关工具在板阀工具内移动时出现误开或误关现象,且各关键部件均满足材料强度要求。最后利用室内试验验证了板阀开关功能的可靠性,并实测得到阀板开启和关闭所需载荷。该防漏失板阀能有效阻止完井液漏入地层,并对提高完井效率和转抽作业效率具有重要参考意义。 Weak energy wells in the main block of the Tahe Oilfield experienced serious lost circulation during completion,resulting in a large amount of mud waste and pollution of the reservoir.A lost circulation prevention plate valve and supporting switch tool that can be repeatedly opened and closed are proposed to deal with the lost circulation of carbonate fracture-cavity reservoirs.Its structure and working principle are described in detail.The finite element models of the three key parts of the plate valve is established by the finite element method to verify the feasibility of the plate valve structure.The calculation results show that the design of the plate valve is reasonable.The axial load required when the plate valve opens,from small to large,is the switch tool engagement,the switch tool release,and the locking claw release,which effectively prevents the switch tool from erroneous opening or erroneous closing when moving through the plate valve tool.All key components meet the material strength requirements.Finally,the indoor test is used to verify the reliability of the switch function of the plate valve,and the load required for the opening and closing of the valve plate was actually measured.The tool can effectively prevent the completion fluid from leaking into the formation.The research results are of great significance for improving the efficiency of well completion operation.
