一种高色温白光OLED及其颜色新特性研究 被引量:2

摘要 稳定可靠的高色温白光OLED照明产品是照明研究的新方向。本文通过测试分析新型高色温白光OLED样品的电学参数、颜色参数、光谱功率分布,研究其新颖特性,结果表明:该OLED相关色温可达6000 K以上,且色温具有电学可调性,随驱动电压的变化大幅递增,从3532 K上升至6144 K,增幅超过2600 K;显色指数随着驱动电压的升高趋于稳定。对OLED相关色温变化原因进行分析讨论,说明了高色温白光OLED及颜色特性应用于照明领域的可行性。 The stable and reliable white OLED lighting products with high correlation color temperature(CCT)have become a new direction of lighting research.In this paper,by measuring the electrical parameters,color parameters and spectral power distributions of the novel white OLED samples,we study on its new color characteristics.Results show the electric-modulability on the sample and that the CCT could be 6000 K or more,also the CCT increases substantially from 3532 K to 6144 K with the changing of the driving voltage,Whose growth is more than 2600 K.The color rendering index becomes stable with the increasing of the voltage.The reason of these novel color characteristics is analyzed in the paper and the feasibility of white OLED lighting with high CCT is illustrated.
