摘要
实验室在检测过程中需及时并准确地对数据进行记录,通过分析判断得出试验结果。对于通过仪器设备生成数据的检测,原始记录中的数据很多都需要人工进行抄写。这种方式不仅会在一定程度上影响工作效率,而且还增加出错的概率。基于对流程管理和效率提升的需求,提出了实验室4.0(Lab 4.0)概念。与工业4.0一样,Lab 4.0以实验室的智能化建设为核心,强调基于现代软件框架和技术的整体流程和数据的自动化管理系统。本文针对实验室温升测试,对如何采用自动化采集和处理技术来提高实验效率,并解决原始记录自动生成等问题进行了探讨。
Test data should be record in a timely and accurate manner during the testing process in the laboratory,and the test results should be obtained through analysis and judgment.For the detection of data generated by instruments,many of the data in the original records need to be manually copied.This method will not only affect the work efficiency to a certain extent,but also increase the probability of errors.Based on the demand for process management and efficiency improvement,the concept of Lab 4.0 was proposed.Like Industry 4.0,Lab 4.0 focuses on the intelligent construction of laboratories,and emphasizes the overall process and data automation management system based on modern software frameworks and technologies.For the temperature rise test in the laboratory,this article discusses how to use automated acquisition and processing technology to improve the efficiency of the experiment,and to solve the problems of automatic generation of original records.
