轧钢产线电气工程设备调试中一起综合故障分析 被引量:2

摘要 轧钢产线电气工程设备安装调试进程中,供配电负荷情况、电源质量劣化程度、劣化源探寻及对共网设备的影响等情况是电气工程首要解决的问题。设备安装调试中,LF精炼炉试产期间,同一10 kV供电电网中轧钢厂轧辊磨床电源劣化严重,造成磨床伺服控制器主控单元模块多次损坏,严重影响磨床正常使用。通过电源质量在线实时监测记录,采集监控和数据分析,得出结论:电源A相和C相电压长时间闪变不合格,电网电源质量存在问题,且与LF精炼炉运行时间高度吻合。 During installation and debugging of electrical engineering equipment of steel rolling production line,the load of power supply and distribution,the deterioration degree of power supply,the source of deterioration,and its impact on equipment sharing a common power grid are the primary issues in electrical engineering.During installation and debugging of the equipment and trial-production of LF refining furnace,the power supply of roller grinder in the same 10 kV power supply grid deteriorated seriously,which caused multiple damages to the main control unit module of grinder servo controller,critically threatening normal usage of the grinder.Through on-line monitoring and recording of power quality,data acquisition monitoring and analysis,it was concluded that the flicker of A and C phase voltages of power kept unqualified for a long time,reducing power quality,which was highly consistent with the running time of LF refining furnace.
