基于扎带式发光标签的地下电力电缆管理应用的研究

摘要 在传统的地下电力电缆管理中多使用纸质或塑料标签,纸质或塑料标签的维护和管理效率问题在大量的现场作业、巡视和抢修中日益凸显,如纸质或塑料标签在使用中容易发生损坏脱落的问题。针对传统地下电力电缆标签管理效率低、损坏率高以及识别效率低等问题,本文采用可满足复杂环境下的电缆快速查找和识别需求的扎带式发光标签来对地下电力电缆进行全方位管理,实时掌握作业人员位置、作业任务,实现以实时监控、到位监控、任务监控为三位一体的地下电力电缆全方位智能化管理。 Paper or plastic labels are used in traditional underground power cable management.The maintenance and management efficiency of paper or plastic labels are increasingly prominent in a large number of on-site operations,inspections and rush repairs(such as the problem that paper or plastic labels are easy to be damaged and fall off in use).Aiming at the problems of low efficiency of traditional underground power cable label management,high damage rate and low efficiency of identification,this paper adopts the strap type luminous label which can meet the needs of fast cable search and identification in complex environment to manage the underground power cable in an all-round way,grasp the operator’s position and task in real time,and realize the trinity of real-time monitoring,in place monitoring and task monitoring The management of underground power cable is all-round and intelligent.
