电力工程项目施工管理中两个非常需要注意的问题是安全问题和质量控制。随着我国经济的飞速发展,人们的电力需求也不断增长,目前电力工程项目施工管理已经形成了统一的质量和安全管理保证制度。但是在施工过程中依然存在着一些问题,需要采取相应的安全和质量控制措施予以解决。本文主要针对电力工程项目施工管理进行简单论述。

Two important issues in power project construction project management are safety and quality control.With the rapid development of China’s economy,the demand for power is also increasing.At present,power engineering construction projects have formed a unified quality management and safety protection work.However,there are still some problems,which require corresponding measures to solve many problems in safety and quality control.It mainly discusses the management of power engineering construction projects.
