摘要
为研究铜排载流量的具体范围,在满足产品电性能基础上,能够最大限度地降低铜排的截面积,获得较好的经济型.文章从铜排的温升设定开始,在保证温升的前提下,进行了仿真和实际试验,对比了不同截面积下铜排的温升特性.通过分析仿真的结果,整理出了铜排正常工作情况下的载流量推荐值.文章的研究结果已加入相关企标中,对于实际的产品设计具有较大的指导意义.
In order to study the specifi c range of the actual current-carrying capacity of the copper busbar,on the basis of satisfying the electrical performance of the product,the cross-sectional area of the copper bar can be reduced to the maximum extent,to get a better cost advantage.This article starts with the setting of the temperature rise of the copper busbar.On the premise of ensuring the temperature rise,simulation and actual experiments are carried out to compare the temperature rise characteristics of the copper bar under different cross-sectional areas.By analyzing the simulation results,the recommended current carrying capacity of copper bars under normal working conditions was sorted out.The research results of this article have been added to the relevant enterprise standard,which has great guiding signifi cance for the actual product design.
