摘要
电力系统可分为大电流接地系统(包括直接接地、经电抗接地和低阻接地)和小电流接地系统(包括高阻接地、消弧线圈接地和不接地).我国3~66 kV电力系统大多采用中性点不接地或经消弧线圈接地的运行方式,即小电流接地系统.10 kV配电架空线路接地故障是电力行业常见故障之一.10 kV配电线路在实际运行中,经常发生单相接地故障,特别是在雨季、大风和雪等恶劣天气条件下,单相接地故障更为频繁.文章从接地故障查找的实用性和有效查找接地故障便携设备的角度去探索设备组成与现场应用的合理性,分析了接地故障处理时间和使用10 kV配电架空线路接地故障定位装置的效果.
Power systems can be divided into high-current grounding systems(including direct grounding,reactance grounding,and low-resistance grounding),and small-current grounding systems(including high-resistance grounding,arc suppression coil grounding,and ungrounded).Most of China’s 3~66 kV power systems use neutral point ungrounded or grounded by arc suppression coil,which is a small current grounding system.10 kV distribution overhead line grounding fault is one of the main common faults in the power industry.In actual operation of 10 kV distribution lines,single-phase ground faults often occur.Especially in the bad weather conditions such as rainy season,high winds and snow,single-phase ground faults occur more frequently,and single-phase ground faults occur more frequently.This paper explores the rationality of equipment composition and fi eld application from the perspective of the practicality of ground fault search and the effective search of ground fault portable equipment.The ground fault processing time is analyzed,and the effect of using a 10 kV distribution overhead line ground fault location device is proposed.
