基于流固耦合有限元法的有载分接开关内部振动特性分析

摘要 为了进一步研究M型有载分接开关油室内部的振动特性、触头碰撞瞬间过程中的传播衰减规律和油室的模态变化,文章通过对华明M型OLTC油室进行固有频率测试和振动数据采集,利用湿模态法对建立的流固耦合进行计算,研究了各测点的瞬态加速度,通过与实验数据进行对比分析,该模型的瞬态加速度和瞬态位移与测点实测振动数据在同一个量级.研究结果可以进一步为分析OLTC内部振动特性及其在整体变压器的传播规律提供理论依据. In order to further study the vibration characteristics inside the oil chamber of the M-type on load tap changer,the propagation attenuation law in the instant of contact collision and the modal change of the oil chamber,this paper conducts the natural frequency test and vibration data collection for the oil chamber of Huaming M-type OLTC,calculates the fluid structure coupling established by using the wet modal method,and studies the transient acceleration of each measuring point.Through the experiment with the The results show that the instantaneous acceleration and displacement of the model are on the same order of magnitude as the measured vibration data.The research results can further provide theoretical basis for the analysis of internal vibration characteristics of OLTC and its propagation law in the whole transformer.
