摘要
综述了近年来聚合物分布反馈激光器的理论与实验研究进展,聚焦该类激光器的性能调控研究,介绍了聚合物分布反馈激光器的原理,包括聚合物材料的光学特性、耦合模理论与布拉格条件及器件光谱特征.重点总结了分布反馈微腔结构参数对激光器主要性能的影响,包括激光器阈值、斜率效率、光斑形状、波长调控、出射方向、模式数量等.讨论了聚合物分布反馈激光器的发展趋势.
A review on the recent progresses in both theory and experiment of the distributed feedback(DFB)polymer lasers was summarized with focuses on the performance manipulation of distributed feedback polymer lasers.The principle of the DFB polymer lasers was introduced,including the spectroscopic characteristics,the coupled-mode theory,the Bragg condition and the emission spectra.Especially,the influences of the parameter of the DFB cavity on the laser performance including lasing threshold,slope efficiency,spot shape,wavelength tenabiltiy,emission direction and mode numbers were briefly reviewed.Finally,future development trends of the DFB polymer lasers were prospected.
