摘要 外差接收机测试指标与射频通道众多,单个射频通道有多个频点需要测试,过往采取手动测试方法,其指标全覆盖测试比较困难,测试精度受人为因素影响较大。另外,在工程上为了提高测试效率依赖成倍增加仪器资源和测试人员组成多个测试平台,测试设备投资巨大,费时费力,传统人工测试方法难以满足越来越高的测试效率和精度要求。论文设计一种基于C#编译环境的多套外差接收机自动测试系统,系统采用一套测试仪器即实现多套外差接收机指标全覆盖自动测试,硬件平台能够快速组建,测试软件具有良好的人机交互界面,最后通过实验进行验证,自动测试系统测试与手动测试结果对比基本一致。所开发的系统满足了科研生产中测试精度和测试效率要求,为外差接收机的自动化研制生产提供了一种高效的测试手段。 The heterodyne receiver has many test parameters and RF(radio frequency)channels,and a single RF channel has many frequency points to be tested.In the past,manual testing method is adopted.But the full coverage of the parameters is diffi⁃cult,and the test accuracy is greatly influenced by human factors.In addition,in engineering,in order to improve the efficiency of testing,the equipment resources and testing personnel are multiplied,and many test platforms are formed.But the investment of test equipment is huge,and it is also time-consuming and laborious.Moreover,the traditional manual testing method is difficult to meet the requirements of higher testing efficiency and accuracy.In this paper,an automatic testing system for multiple heterodyne receivers based on c#compiling environment is designed.The system utilizes a set of testing apparatus to realize the automatic test⁃ing covering the tests performed by multiple sets of heterodyne receivers.The hardware platform can be joined modules quickly,and the testing software has a good human-machine interface and it is verified by experiments.Through validation by tests,the results generated by automatic system are consistent with that generated by manual test.The developed system can meet the requirements for the testing accuracy in the scientific research and the testing efficiency.A highly effective testing method is provided to the devel⁃opment of the automation of heterodyne receivers.
