一种随机Fuzzy控制器的设计及在自吸泵中的实现 被引量:1

摘要 针对传统模糊控制器应用中被微小随机量影响,导致控制效果不理想的问题,提出了一种利用随机变论域模糊控制器来实现控制的新方法。在原有伸缩因子特性的基础上,给出了一种随机变论域伸缩因子,通过仿真实验结果分析它的伸缩性能;将该伸缩因子与模糊控制器结合,以自吸泵吸排气系统作为应用背景,给出了完整控制实现的过程,并在验证随机变论域模糊控制器控制效果的同时将复杂的机械控制转变成简单高效的模糊控制。仿真结果表明,与传统模糊控制器相比,所设计的模糊控制器的控制性能明显提升,整个控制过程较平稳,且响应时间大大缩短。此研究将在机械以及相关领域有较强的应用价值。 In order to solve the problem of the unsatisfied control effect of traditional fuzzy controller due to the influence of small random quantity in practical application,a new control method of random variable domain fuzzy controller is proposed.A random variable domain telescopic factor is given based on the characteristics of the original telescopic factor,and the telescopic performance is analyzed through simulation experiments.The telescopic factor is combined with the fuzzy controller and applied to the suction and exhaust system of the self-priming pump.The complete control process is provided,and the complex mechanical control is transformed into simple and efficient fuzzy control while verifying the control effect of random variable domain fuzzy controller.The control effects of the traditional fuzzy controller and the random variable domain fuzzy controller are analyzed and compared with the simulation experiments.The results show that the control performance of the designed fuzzy controller is obviously improved,the whole control process is relatively stable,and the response time is greatly shortened,so as to indicate the application value in the machine and the related fields.
