新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间肛肠外科诊疗工作管理建议

Recommendation for the diagnosis and treatment for anorectal diseases during the epidemic of novel coronavirus pneumonia

在当前新冠肺炎疫情条件下,预防医院感染仍需要共同关注与努力。如何在做好疫情防护工作的同时安全有效地处理肛肠外科疾病,是每位肛肠医师面临的问题。现结合新型冠状病毒肺炎的防治要求以及笔者团队关于肛肠疾病的诊治经验进行总结,并提出专科疾病诊疗建议,供临床医务人员参考。

During the epidemic period of novel coronavirus pneumonia,the prevention of nosocomial infections requires collec⁃tive attention and effort.The challenge is to manage anorectal diseases while preventing novel coronavirus infection.Here,we pro⁃pose recommendations for the diagnosis and treatment of anorectal diseases during the epidemic of novel coronavirus pneumonia.These recommendations are based on guidelines for treating novel coronavirus pneumonia,and our experiences in managing ano⁃rectal diseases.
