社会组织参与社会治理的公众满意度结构方程模型研究

Research on Structural Equation Model of Satisfaction of Public Participation in Social Governance by Social Organizations

社会组织在打造“共建共治共享”社会治理格局的角色越来越受到重视。文章通过对社会组织参与社会治理的公众满意度进行抽样调查,运用结构方程模型分析法,实证分析了其内在结构与逻辑机理。结论如下:探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析结果表明,合作治理、公共服务、社会整合、内部治理和组织能力这五个潜变量对社会组织参与社会治理的公众满意度有显著影响,各变量之间均存在显著的两两正相关关系。在此前的探索性研究基础上所提出的所有假设,都得到了数据分析结果的有力支持,模型和数据之间显示出较高的拟合程度。

The role of social organizations in creating a "co-building, co-governance, and sharing" social governance pattern has received increasing attention. The article conducts a sample survey on the public satisfaction of social organizations participating in social governance, and uses structural equation model analysis to empirically analyze its internal structure and logical mechanism. The conclusions are as follows: The results of exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis show that the five latent variables of cooperative governance, public service, social integration, internal governance and organizational capacity have a significant impact on the public satisfaction of social organizations participating in social governance. There is a significant positive correlation between them. All the hypotheses proposed on the basis of the previous exploratory research have been strongly supported by the data analysis results, and the model and data show a high degree of fit.
