家庭支持型主管行为对员工工作绩效的统计分析

摘要 文章对家庭支持型主管行为与员工工作绩效的作用机制进行探究,将工作对家庭增益和家庭对工作增益作为中介变量,职业顾虑作为调节变量,构建包含中介与调节的家庭支持型主管行为对员工工作绩效作用机制的模型。采用网上问卷调查的方法,对样本数据进行基础性分析,并通过回归分析和Bootstrap分析对模型进行检验。研究表明:家庭支持型主管行为对员工的工作绩效有显著的正向影响;工作对家庭增益在家庭支持型主管行为与员工工作绩效之间起中介作用;家庭对工作增益在家庭支持型主管行为与员工工作绩效之间起中介作;职业顾虑对家庭支持型主管行为与工作对家庭增益的关系具有显著调节作用。
