摘要
目的:探讨体感诱发电位(SEP)联合感觉神经传导速度(SCV)在2型糖尿病患者神经病变诊断中的应用。方法:选择湖南省人民医院马王堆院区2018年6月至2019年6月诊治的100例2型糖尿病患者,随机分为SEP组(n=35例)、SCV组(n=35例)及SEP联合SCV组(n=30例),分别采用SEP检查、SCV检查、SEP联合SCV检查,对3组研究对象的检查结果进行对比分析。结果:SEP组异常率为57.1%(20/35例),SCV组为71.4%(25/35例),SEP联合SCV组为96.7%(29/30例),差异具有统计学意义(x^2=13.301,P<0.05),SEP组与SCV组异常率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:SEP与SVC联合应用不仅能够提高2型糖尿病患者神经病变的诊断率,而且能更全面地反映神经系统状况。
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of somatosensory evoked potential(SEP)combined with sensory conduction velocity(SCV)in patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:One hundred patients with type 2 diabetes diagnosed and treated in Mawangdui Hospital District,Hunan General Hospital from June 2018 to June 2019,were randomly divided into SEP group(n=35 cases),SCV group(n=35 cases)and SEP combined with SCV group(n=30 cases).The SEP,SCV,and SEP combined with SCV was performed respectively in the three groups.The abnormal rate was compared among the three groups.Results:The abnormal rate was 57.1%(20/35 cases)in SEP group,71.4%(25/35 cases)in SCV group,96.7%(29/30 cases)in SEP combined with SCV group,with statistically significant(X^2=13.301,P<0.05).There was no significant difference between SEP group and SCV group(P>0.05).Conclusion:SEP combined with SCV examination can not only improve the diagnosis rate of neuropathy in patients with type 2 diabetes,but also reflect the status of nervous system more comprehensively.
