摘要 设计一种破片高速加载装置,通过延长身管长度、加大药室装药量提高破片速度;提出采用模拟破片考核破片高速加载装置,组建了模拟破片速度测量系统,针对3种破片工况分别展开了速度测试实验。结果表明:该装置可以将15 g破片加载到2164 m/s,且破片速度稳定,可以满足靶场测试需求,验证了该装置的有效性和实用性。 A high-speed fragment loading device was designed,which can improve the fragment speed by prolonging the barrel length and increasing the charge amount of the chamber.A high-speed fragment loading device for the examination of the simulation fragments was proposed,and a measurement system for the speed of the simulation fragments was established The velocity test experiments were carried out under fragment condition.The results show that the device can load 15 g fragments to 2164 m/s,and the fragment speed is stable,which can meet the requirements of range test,and the effectiveness and practicability of the device are verified.
