摘要
应用ANSYS Workbench对药筒进行了参数化建模以及在最大膛压作用时的强度分析,并在此基础上以影响药筒壁厚的4个参数为设计变量、药筒质量和其所受的最大等效应力为优化目标、ANSYS Workbench的优化设计模块Design-Exploration对药筒的结构进行了优化,达到了对药筒进行轻量化设计的目的。
In order to reduce the quality of the cartridge case of a large caliber bullet,ANSYS Workbench was applied to parametric modeling of cartridge case and strength analysis under maximum bore pressure.On this basis,the structure of cartridge case was optimized with four parameters affecting the wall thickness of cartridge case as design variables,cartridge quality and maximum equivalent stress as optimization objective,and ANSYS Workbench optimization design-Exploration,the result achieves the goal of lightweight design of cartridge case.
