摘要
为分析弹体材料与结构对横向效应侵彻弹丸(PELE)的侵彻能力和横向效应的影响,利用LS-DYNA数值仿真软件构建了弹体与靶板的三维实体模型,并结合特定的材料模型与状态方程,对PELE的侵彻靶板过程进行数值模拟。通过改变内芯和靶板的材料,对比破片径向速度,分析了弹体材料对PELE横向效应的影响。通过改变封堵位置、内外径比及弹体质量与长度,对比轴向剩余速度和破片径向速度,分析了弹体结构对PELE侵彻能力及横向效应的影响。结果表明,选用波阻抗较大的内芯材料、前移封堵位置、内外径比取0.4~0.6时,可以实现对PELE侵彻能力的提高和横向效应的增强。
In order to analyze the effect of material and structure on penetrating ability and lateral effect of PELE,numerical simulation software LS-DYNA was adopted to construct three dimensional solid model of penetrator and target plate.Combining specific material model and equation of state,the process of PELE penetrating target plate was numerically simulated.The effect of material on lateral effect of PELE was analyzed by changing the material of filling and target plate and comparing the radial velocity of projectile fragments.The effect of structure on penetrating ability and lateral effect of PELE was analyzed by adjusting stud position,inside/outside radius ratio,penetrator mass and length and comparing axial residual velocity and radial velocity of projectile fragments.The results show that by selecting material with high wave impedance,moving forward stud position and adjusting inside/outside radius ratio 0.4~0.6,the penetrating ability and lateral effect of PELE can be enhanced.
