Expression of Linc00152 in human hepatocellular carcinoma and its relatinship with clinical prognosis

目的:研究Linc00152在人肝细胞肝癌组织中的表达及其与患者临床预后的关系。方法:80例患者均采用实时PCR法检测目的基因Linc00152在人肝细胞肝癌与癌旁组织中的表达情况,利用TCGA数据库分析Linc00152表达与肝癌患者临床病理特征的关系及其对预后的影响。结果:与癌旁组织相比,Linc00152在人肝细胞肝癌组织中的表达显著升高(P<0.001);Linc00152在肝癌中的高表达与肿瘤TNM分期呈高显著相关性(P<0.05):Kaplan-Meier分析显示Linc00152在肝癌中高表达的患者无生病生存时间(DFS)、总生存期(OS)均显著低于低表达者(P<0.001)。结论:Linc00152在肝细胞肝癌组织中的表达明显上调;Linc00152的高表达可能预示肝癌患者预后较差。Linc00152可能是肝癌患者预后评估的分子标志物及治疗的潜在分子靶点。

Objective:To investigate the expression of Linc00152 in human hepatocellular carcinoma and its relationship with clinical prognosis.Methods:Real-time PCR was used to detect the expression of Linc00152 in Liver hepatocellular carcinoma(LIHC)and its adjacent tissues.TCGA database was used to analyze the relationship between Linc00152 expression and clinicopathological characteristics of LIHC patients and its influence on prognosis.Result:Compared with the adjacent tissues,the expression of linc00152 in LIHC was significantly increased(P<0.001);the high expression of Linc00152 in LIHC was significantly correlated with TNM staging(P<0.05);Kaplan-Meier analysis showed that the disease-free surbival(DFS)and overall survival(OS)of patients with high expression of Linc00152 in LIHC were significantly lower than those of patients with low expression of Linc00152(P<0.001).Conclusion:The expression of Linc00152 in LIHC is significantly up-regulated.The high expression of Linc00152 may predict poor prognosis in patients with LIHC.Linc00152 may be a molecular marker for prognosis detection and potential molecular target for treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma.
