乡村振兴视阈下村干部胜任力研究综述

A Review on Village Cadres’s Competency of Rural Revitalization

要实施乡村振兴战略,就要培养造就一支懂农业、振农村、爱农民的人才队伍。村干部作为广大农民群众的“指路灯”,是促进农村经济发展、维护农村社会稳定的直接组织者和实践者,其思想文化水平和能力素质的高低,直接关系着乡村社会各方面发展的速度和效度。通过梳理村干部胜任力文献,寻求提升村干部胜任力的对策。

To implement the rural revitalization strategy,it is necessary to train and bring up a team of talents who understand agriculture,rural revitalization and love farmers.As the“guiding light”of the broad masses of farmers,village cadres are the direct organizers and practitioners of promoting rural economic development and maintaining the stability of rural society,it is directly related to the speed and validity of the development of all aspects of rural society.This paper combs the literature of village cadres’competence,seeking countermeasures to improve the competence of village cadres.
