软枣猕猴桃绿枝扦插技术研究

Study on Cutting Technique of Soft Jujube Kiwifruit Green Branch

以软枣猕猴桃品种“韦狄”“龙城二号”“伊赛”为试材,研究不同扦插方法、不同混合基质组成和不同浓度GGR7号生根粉对软枣猕猴桃绿枝扦穗生根率的影响。结果表明,北京地区最佳扦插时间为春季和秋季,以体积比1∶1∶1的草炭+蛭石+珍珠岩和1∶1的椰糠+珍珠岩为扦插基质,经GGR7号100 mg/L浸泡插穗基部2 h,可得到87.2%以上的绿枝扦插生根率。

The effects of different cutting methods,different mixed matrix composition and different concentrations of GGR7 root powder on the rooting rate of soft jujube kiwifruit varieties were studied by using“Weide”“Longcheng No.2”and“Isai”as test material.The results showed that the best cutting time in Beijing was in spring and autumn,and the rooting rate of green cuttings above 87.2%could be obtained by soaking the base of the cuttings for 2 h with the ratio of 1∶1∶1 peat+vermiculite+perlite and 1∶1 coir+perlite as the cutting matrix.
