非洛地平缓释片在社区高血压患者治疗中的运用效果分析

Analysis of the effect of felodipine sustained-release tablets in the treatment of patients with hypertension in community

目的:探讨非洛地平缓释片在社区高血压患者治疗中的效果。方法:2018年6月-2019年6月收治社区高血压患者90例,分为两组,各45例。观察组应用非洛地平缓释片治疗;对照组应用硝苯地平缓释片治疗。比较两组临床疗效及血压控制效果。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,观察组治疗后收缩压、舒张压明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:非洛地平缓释片在社区高血压患者治疗中有理想的应用效果。

Objective:To explore the effect of felodipine sustained-release tablets in the treatment of patients with hypertension in community.Methods:From June 2018 to June 2019,90 patients with hypertension were admitted to the community,they were divided into the two groups with 45 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with felodipine sustained-release tablets.The control group was treated with nifedipine sustained-release tablets.We compared the clinical efficacy and blood pressure control between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Felodipine sustained-release tablets has an ideal effect in the treatment of patients with hypertension in community.
