膝关节半月板损伤关节镜微创手术治疗研究

Study on minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery in the treatment of knee meniscus injury

目的:探讨关节镜微创手术治疗膝关节半月板损伤的效果。方法:收治膝关节半月板损伤患者114例,随机分为两组,各57例。对照组采取开放式手术;观察组采取关节镜微创手术。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组膝关节功能评分及生活质量评分均优于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:膝关节半月板损伤运用关节镜微创手术治疗,效果显著。

Objective:To investigate the effect of minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery in the treatment of meniscus injury of knee joint.Methods:114 patients with joint meniscus injury were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 57 cases in each group.The control group underwent open surgery.The observation group underwent minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The knee joint function score and quality of life score of observation group were better than control group,the incidence of adverse reaction was lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Minimal invasive arthroscopic surgery for knee meniscus injury is effective.
