单剂量盐酸羟考酮和地佐辛用于妇科腔镜手术后镇痛效果的比较

Comparison of single-dose of oxycodone hydrochloride and dezocine in analgesia after gynecological endoscopic surgery

目的:对比单剂量盐酸羟考酮与地佐辛用于妇科腔镜手术后镇痛效果的差异。方法:选取2019年1-6月行妇科腔镜手术治疗患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组采用地佐辛进行术后镇痛;试验组采用单剂量盐酸羟考酮进行术后镇痛。比较两组术后镇痛效果。结果:试验组镇痛效果显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于妇科腔镜手术患者,采用单剂量盐酸羟考酮镇痛效果更加显著,术后镇痛效果更好。

Objective:To compare the difference of analgesic effect of single-dose of oxycodone hydrochloride and dezocine after gynecological endoscopic surgery.Methods:From January 2019 to June 2019,100 patients who underwent gynecological endoscopic surgery were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with dezocine for postoperative analgesia.The experimental group was treated with single-dose of oxycodone hydrochloride for postoperative analgesia.Postoperative analgesic effect between two groups was compared.Results:The analgesic effect of experimental group was better than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients who undergoing gynecological endoscopic surgery,the analgesic effect of single-dose of oxycodone hydrochloride is more significant and the analgesic effect is better after operation.
