腹腔镜治疗早期子宫内膜癌的近期疗效及对性功能的影响

The short-term effect of laparoscopic treatment of early endometrial cancer and its influence on sexual function

目的:观察腹腔镜治疗早期子宫内膜癌的近期疗效和对患者性功能的影响。方法:2017年12月-2019年3月收治子宫内膜癌患者76例,随机分为两组,各38例。对照组采用常规开腹手术治疗;观察组采用腹腔镜手术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组术后肿瘤标志物CEA和CA125水平均优于对照组,且观察组患者性功能满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床通过腹腔镜方案治疗早期子宫内膜癌患者,近期治疗效果良好,同时能够提高患者对性功能的满意度。

Objective:To explore the short-term effect of laparoscopic treatment of early endometrial cancer and its influence on sexual function.Methods:From December 2017 to March 2019,76 patients with endometrial cancer were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 38 cases in each.The control group was treated with conventional laparotomy.The observation group was treated with laparoscopic surgery.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,CEA and CA125 were better than those in the control group,and patients'sexual function satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The short-term effect of laparoscopic treatment of early endometrial cancer is good,at the same time,it can improve patients'satisfaction of sexual function.
