保肝降脂方治疗非酒精性脂肪肝病的临床研究

Clinical study of Baogan Jiangzhi Prescription in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease

目的:研究保肝降脂方治疗非酒精性脂肪肝病的临床效果。方法:2018年4月-2019年4月收治非酒精性脂肪肝病患者74例,随机分为两组,各37例。对照组采用易善复胶囊治疗;观察组采用易善复胶囊联合保肝降脂方治疗。比较两组临床效果及肝功能指标水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,且观察组治疗后肝功能指标水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:保肝降脂方治疗非酒精性脂肪肝病,效果显著,患者肝功能改善明显。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Baogan Jiangzhi Formula in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.Methods:From April 2018 to April 2019,74 patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 37 cases in each.The control group was treated with Yishanfu Capsule.The observation group was treated with Yishanfu Capsule combined with Baogan Jiangzhi Formula.We compared the clinical effects and liver function indexes of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that of the control group,and the liver function index after treatment was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Baogan Jiangzhi Formula in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver diseas is significant,the liver function of the patients is significantly improved.
