支气管肺炎患儿中采用热毒宁注射液以及抗生素联合治疗的效果及对患儿体征和不良反应的影响分析

The effect of Reduning injection combined with antibiotics in the treatment of children with bronchopneumonia and its influence on physical signs and adverse reactions of children

目的:探讨热毒宁注射液联合抗生素治疗支气管肺炎的效果及对患儿体征和不良反应的影响。方法:2016年4月-2019年4月收治支气管肺炎患儿100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组采取常规抗生素药物治疗;观察组采取抗生素联合热毒宁注射液治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组咳嗽消失时间、发热消失时间、肺部体征消失时间、白细胞恢复时间、X线胸片好转时间均短于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:热毒宁注射液联合抗生素治疗支气管肺炎,可快速改善患儿生命体征和临床症状,不良反应较少,临床效果显著。

Objective:To explore the effect of Reduning injection combined with antibiotics in the treatment of children with bronchopneumonia and its influence on physical signs and adverse reactions of children.Methods:From April 2016 to April 2019,100 children with bronchopneumonia were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 50 cases in each.The control group was treated with conventional antibiotics.The observation group was treated with antibiotics combined with Reduning injection.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the time of cough disappearance,fever disappearance,lung signs disappearance,leukocyte recovery and X-ray chest film improvement were shorter than those in the control group,the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Reduning injection combined with antibiotics in the treatment of children with bronchopneumonia can quickly improve the vital signs and clinical symptoms of children,the adverse reactions are less and the clinical effect is significant.
