老年重症肺炎呼吸衰竭抢救治疗中贞芪扶正颗粒应用的临床意义

Clinical significance of Zhenqi Fuzheng granule in the treatment of respiratory failure in elderly patients with severe pneumonia

目的:探究老年重症肺炎呼吸衰竭抢救治疗中贞芪扶正颗粒应用的临床意义。方法:2016年10月-2019年10月收治老年重症肺炎呼吸衰竭患者50例,分为两组,各25例。对照组采用常规治疗;试验组在常规治疗的基础上采用贞芪扶正颗粒治疗。比较两组抢救效果。结果:试验组免疫球蛋白各指标水平高于对照组,降钙素原、C反应蛋白水平更低,病程、抗生素使用时间、呼吸机使用时间均短于对照组,死亡率、肺纤维化率低于对照组,肺部渗出减少率、肺部渗出完全吸收率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:予以老年重症肺炎呼吸衰竭患者贞芪扶正颗粒治疗效果确切,可降低患者死亡率,降低患者炎症反应,改善患者肺部情况。

Objective:To explore the clinical significance of Zhenqi Fuzheng granule in the rescue and treatment of respiratory failure in elderly patients with severe pneumonia.Methods:From October 2016 to October 2019,50 elderly patients with severe pneumonia and respiratory failure were admitted,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine therapy.The experimental group was treated with Zhenqi Fuzheng granule on the basis of routine therapy.The rescue effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The levels of immunoglobulin in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the levels of procalcitonin and C-reactive protein were lower,the course of disease,the use time of antibiotics and the use time of ventilator were shorter than those in the control group,the mortality rate and pulmonary fibrosis rate were lower than those of the control group,and the decrease rate and complete absorption rate of pulmonary exudation were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhenqi Fuzheng granule is effective in the treatment of elderly patients with severe pneumonia respiratory failure.It can reduce the mortality,reduce the inflammatory reaction and improve the lung condition.
