加减天麻钩藤汤治疗老年高血压病的疗效及对血压的影响

Curative effect of modified Tianma Gouteng decoction in the treatment of senile hypertension and observation on its effect on blood pressure

目的:分析加减天麻钩藤汤治疗老年高血压的疗效及对血压的影响。方法:2017年6月-2018年6月收治高血压患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组使用硝苯地平治疗,研究组给予硝苯地平联合天麻钩藤汤加减治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,且研究组治疗后血压及血脂各项指标水平均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在西药基础上增加天麻钩藤汤加减治疗,能有效改善临床效果,降低血脂及血压水平。

Objective:To analyze the curative effect of modified Tianma Gouteng decoction in the treatment of hypertension in elderly people and its effect on blood pressure.Methods:From June 2017 to June 2018,100 patients with hypertension were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nifedipine and the study group was treated with nifedipine combined with modified Tianma Gouteng decoction.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than the control group,the blood pressure and blood lipids levels of the study group were significantly better than the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The addition of modified Tianma Gouteng decoction on the basis of western medicine can effectively improve the clinical effect and reduce blood lipids and blood pressure level.
